Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new channel partner sourcing,acquisition and managing the existing channel partners
  • Experience in Commercial real estate sales
  • Meeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Regular follow-up with customers for sales
  • Payment collection as per the guidelines.
  • Prepare MIS Report on monthly basis.
  • To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement
  • Actively Generate Enquiry and Leads.
  • Organizing exhibitions & Special sales promotional events.
  • Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product
  • Facilitating site visits of the customers, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures
  • Experience in outdoor marketing activities, client meetings, presentations
  • Maintain and Develop relationship with Channel Partners to grow the business
  • Maintain the required no of calls and markets visits as required from time to time
  • Gather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market
  • Take initiatives to meet the assigned sales targets
  • Facilitate activities that could generate leads for the Channel Partner. ideate/innovate on leads generation methods such as digital platforms/society activities/corporate in-roads higher smooth customer on boarding process and enrich experience
  • Maintain Good follow up with the CP to increase buying conversion rate for the partner

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5 Years+ of work experience in selling Commercial Real Estate
  • Educational Qualification – MBA or equivalent
  • Self starter with hunger to do deals
  • Ability and willingness to work in an organized ERP system
  • Good communication/ convincing skills
  • Positive attitude, patience while co-coordinating with clients.
  • Ability to understand requirements of prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database
  • Ready to travel
  • Confident, self-starter & presentable personality • Languages – Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi

Project Co-ordinator

Objective :

Enhance overall technical capacity of the organization through detailed planning, design and liaison support . Ideal candidate to have worked in the liaison, design and development team of a developer or a reputed architect firm and should have cleared environmental clearance. Familiarity with all local body NOC’s is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance of all statutory approvals received (EC,MPCB, PMC, Royalty, All Local body NOC’s,MSEB,RERA etc.)
  • Verify RERA budgets and project completion milestones
  • Indian Green Building council certification documentation and liaison with all consultants to achieve final green building rating
  • Concept plans detailed verification for constructability, efficiency and local statutory requirements.
  • Preparation and interface with Environmental consultant for drawings and appropriate EC documentation ,project monitoring reports and help manage site environmental parameters
  • Verification of PMC municipal drawings with site conditions and record the appropriate plan differences
  • Interaction with liaison architect/ municipal office/PMC /Environment consultant office to enhance plan approval/NOC’s required to begin construction
  • Good for construction drawing verification for all the departments/consultants/stakeholders of project
  • Support during material selection/contractor selection
  • Periodic site visit to help and reduce drawing issues faced by site team.
  • Enhance façade design for commercial projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Required : Graduate of Architecture/Civil engineering with 6 or more years of experience Architecture and Planning in Commercial Real Estate
  • Autocad latest version, 3D maxx, google sketch up, Revit, excell, Photoshop and have good knowledge of local bylaws, EC, RERA, IGBC and all NOC requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Preferred : Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Bright, motivated, self-starter and proactive personality who is comfortable working independently as we have a lean setup;
  • Should speak fluent English, Hindi and preferably Marathi;
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Time Management;
  • Excellent leadership and people skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - Can interact with all kinds of people.
  • Experience in the fields of PMC/PMRDA/PCMC DP compliance

VP – Sales & Marketing (Commercial Real Estate only)

Objective :

Responsible for leading the sales and marketing team for our Kharadi Commercial site. Reporting directly to the Owners/Directors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for looking after the entire sales operations of our projects.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
  • Network with corporates, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales.
  • Regular follow-up with customers for sales.
  • Payment collection as per the guidelines.
  • Prepare MIS Report on monthly basis.
  • To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time.
  • To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement.
  • Generate Enquiry.
  • Follow up all enquiry & report to HO.
  • Plan & implement Marketing Strategy including online and offline campaigns.
  • PR, Organizing exhibitions & Special sales promotional events.
  • Plan carrying out sale activities, principally coordinating between buyers and the sellers.
  • Taking buyers to the site, coordinating the legalities of the sale.

Expectations:

  • Develop and implement relevant sales strategies to generate and boost sales.
  • Maximise revenue generation and lead closures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Required: Any degree + MBA with 12 or more years of experience of Sales & Marketing in Commercial Real Estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Bright, motivated, self-starter and proactive personality who is comfortable working independently as we have a lean setup;

Pre-Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
  • Minimum 3-4 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory
  • Should have basic knowledge of MAHARERA Rules and Regulations.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
  • Should be able to work with a Team.
  • Knowledge of ERP is a must
  • Preferably Female Candidate

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
  • Should be able to generate walk ins
  • Expertise in Promoting the products
  • Good at Customer follow-up
  • Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
  • Experience in Brand promotion telecalling would be added advantage

Salary Range: Rs. 25000 - 30000 per month.

CRM Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To handhold the customer through the post sales process till possession.
  • Getting the KYC Documents and Sending Welcome mail once client Pays Token Cheque.
  • Collecting the Total Token Money and getting the Booking Form
  • Agreement Preparation and Registration Coordination at Haveli.
  • Generating and Sending the Demand Letters on Time and ensuring Timely collection of Due Amount
  • Providing Clients with Requisite Documents in Lieu of Loan Disbursement
  • Coordinating with the bank for disbursements
  • Dispatch of Receipts for Payments Made
  • Service Tax, TDS and MVAT Computation and Ensuring that the same is collected from the clients
  • Possession process to be completed and handover possessions in completed projects
  • Dealing with issues and responding to customer complaints & grievances
  • MIS report generation and analysis

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or MBA with 2-3 years of experience
  • Excellent telephone skills (regular phone contact with team required)
  • Advanced knowledge and extensive hands on experience with ERP, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel including macros, PowerPoint. 
  • Familiarity with databases, and the ability to manipulate/analyse data 
  • Languages – Marathi/Hindi/English
